The Problem
Without a website, TSP Manpower faced several problems. Firstly, they had limited visibility and reach, missing out on potential customers who searched for manpower services online. It was difficult to bring together service seekers and job seekers without a website. Secondly, the absence of a website raised doubts about their credibility and professionalism. Thirdly, they missed opportunities to convert visitors into leads and clients, as people often researched and gathered information online before making hiring decisions. Fourthly, without a website, customer support was more challenging, as they relied on less efficient communication channels. Lastly, they struggled with branding, differentiation, and effective marketing efforts without a central online platform to showcase their services and engage with potential clients.
Project Goal / Solution
Project Goal: The goal of the project is to develop a comprehensive and user-friendly website for TSP Manpower that addresses the challenges they face in bringing together manpower employers and job seekers. The website will serve as a company portfolio for buyers and sellers to contact the company, providing them with valuable information, tools, and support throughout the hiring and providing process. By creating an online presence, TSP aims to enhance visibility, credibility, and customer engagement. The ultimate objective is to improve the user experience, attract a wider customer base, and establish tspmanpower.com as a trusted and efficient website for the company.

Web Design / Development
UX Design
Mockups were created using Adobe XD. Bootstrap design system was used to maintain brand colors throughout the website.
System setup and web page creation
The WordPress content management system (CMS) was selected as the most suitable platform for the project. It was successfully implemented and set up on the web server to serve as the foundation for the website. To ensure an optimal user experience across various devices, the Adobe XD mockups were meticulously transformed into fully responsive web pages. This was achieved through the development of a custom theme and the integration of page editors. The development team worked diligently to ensure that the website’s design and functionality aligned with the envisioned user experience, providing a seamless and visually appealing interface for visitors.
This website has the facility to edit, create, or delete content through an administration panel. This is a Content Management System.
System testing
The testing was mainly focused on responsiveness and page load speed. Responsiveness was tested using Chrome web dev tools. Google Page Speed Insights were used to analyze the page load speeds.

The web environment was setup on AWS LightSail server. DNS settings were used to point the domain name to the server.
